LockInPro ("we", "our", or "the app") is a productivity app that helps you track goals, run focus sessions, and build streaks. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what is necessary to make the app work.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

• Account info — your email address and display name when you create an account.
• Profile photo — if you choose to upload an avatar, it is stored securely in your account.
• Tasks & activities — the goals, tasks, deadlines, and categories you create inside the app.
• Focus session data — session counts, time committed, and streak history to power your stats.
• Device info — basic device identifiers used by Firebase for authentication.

How We Use Your Data

• To create and secure your account.
• To sync your tasks and focus sessions across your device.
• To display your streaks, stats, and progress.
• To send notifications about upcoming deadlines (only if you enable them).
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiling.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Firebase uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) Auth + Database — account management and data storage.
• Apple StoreKit In-App Purchases — subscription management handled entirely by Apple.
• Apple Push Notifications — deadline reminders, only if you grant permission.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Upon deletion, your email, tasks, sessions, profile photo, and all associated records are permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

LockInPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — update your name or email within the app.
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and data.
• Portability — request an export of your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
