Email SupportHow do I start a focus session?
Tap any active task from the Home screen or All Activities screen, then tap the timer button to begin a timed focus session. A Live Activity will appear on your Lock Screen so you can track progress without unlocking your phone.
How do streaks work?
Your streak increases by 1 for each day you complete at least one focus session. Missing a day resets your streak to 0. Streaks are tracked automatically — no action required on your part.
Can I restore a task I archived?
Yes. Open the All Activities screen, expand the Archived/Done section, and tap Restore on any archived task. You'll have the option to set a new deadline before restoring it to your active list.
How do I change my profile photo?
Go to the Profile tab and tap your avatar (or the initial letter icon). Select a photo from your library. The image is saved securely to your account and syncs across devices.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All tasks, focus sessions, and profile data are stored in Firebase and tied to your account. Signing in on a new device will restore your data automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at wavhudi.mulaudzi@brewstack.tech with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
• Your device model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
• App version (Profile tab → bottom of screen)
• A short description of what happened and what you expected
• Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
