Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LockedIn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

LockedIn is a productivity application that helps you track goals, tasks, and deadlines, run focus sessions, and build daily streaks. The App is provided by BrewStack ("we", "us", "our").

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Premium Subscription

LockedIn offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans ("Premium") that unlock additional features:

• LockedIn Premium Monthly — billed monthly
• LockedIn Premium Yearly — billed annually

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful code or malware.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by BrewStack and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (tasks, goals, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. Upon deletion:

• All your data (tasks, sessions, profile) will be permanently removed.
• Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store.
• This action cannot be undone.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrewStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
